1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and staying at Shanthi Villa, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your booking.

2. Booking and Reservation

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
• Guests must provide accurate contact information at the time of booking.
• The villa is rented as a whole; partial rentals are not available.

3. Check-in and Check-out

• Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• All guests must carry valid government-issued photo identification.

4. Payment Terms

• An advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid upon check-in or as agreed.
• All payments are to be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in: Full refund (minus processing fees).
• Cancellations made 3-7 days before check-in: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in: No refund.
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

6. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for the proper use and care of the property and its amenities.
• Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the guest.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
• Noise levels should be kept at a considerate level, especially during night hours.
• Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the swimming pool.
• Guests must comply with the maximum occupancy limit specified for the property.

7. Swimming Pool Rules

• Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
• Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
• No diving in shallow areas.
• No glass containers near the pool area.
• Pool hours may be restricted; please inquire at the time of booking.

8. Liability

Shanthi Villa and its management are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings of guests during their stay. Guests are advised to take reasonable precautions to safeguard their belongings and ensure personal safety.

9. Events and Functions

• Prior approval is required for hosting events or functions.
• Additional charges may apply for events.
• Event timings and guest limits must be agreed upon in advance.
• The host is responsible for the behavior of all event guests.

10. Modifications

Shanthi Villa reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the guest's responsibility to review the terms before each booking.
